A Long-Term Perspective Across Diverse Assets
Kiraku Asset Management was established in 2013 as HJ Asset Management and has since provided investment management and asset management services across a broad range of real estate asset classes, with a primary focus on hotels. In 2026, the company became part of the Kiraku Group, expanding its investment focus beyond its existing business to include development and revitalization projects, new opportunities in the hospitality sector, and investments in regional areas across Japan. Through an integrated approach spanning acquisition, asset management, and disposition, we seek to deliver long-term value to our investors while contributing to the sustainable development of the communities in which our assets are rooted.

Asset Management
We provide asset management services to domestic and overseas institutional investors, overseas family offices, and other Professional Investors across a broad range of real estate asset classes, including hotels, offices, residential properties, and self-storage facilities. Our services cover the entire investment lifecycle, from acquisition and asset management through to disposition, with the aim of maintaining and enhancing asset value.
Real Estate Investment Advisory
We provide investment support and advisory services to domestic and overseas institutional investors, overseas family offices, and other Professional Investors, based on market research and analysis to support informed investment decisions.
Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures
Under the licenses granted pursuant to the Act on Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures, we structure and operate investment schemes that create opportunities to invest in real estate.
